EV Charger - Site Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. On-Site Troubleshooting & Support

• Provide on-site troubleshooting for EV chargers and ensure issues are resolved on time, following the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with customers.

• Perform basic diagnostic checks, identify faults, and ensure system stability and uptime.

2. Error Analysis & Coordination

• Analyze and classify technical issues; escalate and coordinate with Customer Services Engineers (CSE) and specialized teams when needed.

• Support issue resolution by collecting logs, photos, and detailed troubleshooting information.

3. Reporting & Cross-Department Collaboration

• Track and manage service work orders and troubleshooting reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Product) to close issues effectively and improve future operations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Annual leave: 14 days per year

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Solid understanding of electrical systems and electrical safety standards.

• Good communication skills with customers and partners.

• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and travel frequently to nearby cities (Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City) for troubleshooting when required.

• Experience in Field Application Engineering or on-site technical support is a strong advantage.
