• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in both event marketing and business development.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of engaging school events (Open Days, Admissions events, parent workshops, student activities) that generate excitement and promote enrollment.
• Develop event budgets and timelines, securing partnerships for resources and services to ensure efficient resource allocation and successful completion of events.
• Oversee event logistics, ensuring smooth operations, a positive experience for attendees, and effective data capture for lead generation.
• Analyze event data (e.g., attendance figures, feedback) to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future event strategies.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and educational institutions that align with TNIS's mission and target audience.
• Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance TNIS's visibility, brand reputation, and student recruitment efforts.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, fostering ongoing collaboration and maximizing the value of partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement co-branded marketing campaigns and promotional materials for events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with team members to utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to promote TNIS events and partnership initiatives.
• Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Undertake additional projects as directed by the Head of Marketing to contribute to departmental objectives and overall school goals.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in brand management, event planning, or a relevant field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with a multicultural audience.
• Strong understanding of the international education market and its unique challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about education and dedicated to TNIS's mission.
