JOB SUMMARY:

The Event Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, meetings, and conferences at JW Marriott Hanoi. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Event Manager in planning and coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and social functions

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met

• Prepare and distribute event proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution

• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown

• Ensure all events are executed to JW Marriott Hanoi's high standards

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests

• Identify and propose new business opportunities

• Maintain accurate records and reports on events

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in event planning or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Fluency in English
