Event Marketing Staff (Offline)

Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Description:

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and partners for offline event execution, responsible for daily communication and coordination.

• Monitor progress and implementation status of the partner’s execution team.

• Respond promptly and handle arising issues during collaboration to ensure smooth execution.

• Support time and progress management for execution plans.

• Provide regular reports on work progress and partnership status to supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or higher, candidates with experience in offline marketing are preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, and a positive working attitude.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to follow up and respond to issues in a timely manner.

• Willing to work long-term in Ho Chi Minh City.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.

• No complex technical skills required; the role mainly involves daily communication and coordination tasks.
