Mô Tả Công Việc

The Events & Communications Coordinator (EC) is a highly organized person, able to deal with many projects at the same time and able to work under pressure. The EC coordinates all aspects of an event including budgeting, planning, executing, marketing, pre, and post-event reports, etc., to ensure that it meets all requirements and deadlines. In the execution the EC works together closely with the Senior Operations Manager, and other team members.

The EC develops promotional strategies for events such as advertising, social media campaigns, and public relations campaigns. All in all, the EC can build and maintain the top-class quality for all the events of DBAV. The EC manages all internal and external communications for DBAV, ensuring its message is consistent, follows DBAV brand guide, and is highly engaging for the audiences.

Job Duties

Job Duties:
• Planning, coordinating & organizing business events on a wide variety of topics following the DBAV’s Event Agenda;
• Coordinating all aspects of an event including budgeting, planning, executing, marketing, pre, and post-event reports, etc., to ensure that it meets all requirements and deadlines;
• Oversee overall project execution, performance, and profitability;
• Developing promotional strategies for events such as advertising, social media campaigns, and public relations campaigns;
• Developing and maintaining the top-class quality for all the events of DBAV.
• Responsible for all DBAV communications channels including website, social media, newsletters, WhatsApp group;
• Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials as agreed in DBAV Style Guide.

Profile:

• The ideal candidate is a strong event conceptualizer and organiser, for key events that enhance our association’s image, improve member loyalty, and enhance our membership experience.
• The person must have a strong knowledge of the Vietnamese political and cultural environment, and of the factors effecting relationships between The Netherlands and Vietnam, with particular emphasis on investment and trade issues on the Vietnamese side.
• This person must have creativity, business acumen organizational skills, and a vision of events, leading the association to amplified brand visibility
• The person must have great organizational abilities and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment, and possess excellent deadline management. The person must be able to work in teams as well as work independently on pre-assigned projects.
