Job Description

A. Executive Assistant (Temp 6 months):
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
B. Sales Assistant :
• Supporting In-side Sales by searching for customer database
• Disposing Lead for Sales/Area Managers
• Supporting Sales Dept by quoting, making contracts, tender documents...
• Reminding, recovering debts of processing projects
• Following Sales Dept’s KPI, making report for Sales Managers, General Manager
• Supporting Content Marketing Team by running marketing campaigns
• Receiving salaries, welfare policies according to the company's policies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT or related field preferred
• At least 2 years' EA/sale/sales support experience
• Proficiency in CRM platform
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
• Self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking
• Confident personality and capable of being persistent when necessary
• Diplomatic and tactful
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to work with all team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information
• Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
• Adaptable/flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• High stress tolerance - thrives in a high-pressure environment
