Executive, Customer Service (Chinese Speaking)

- Responsible for building trusting relationships with tenants to generate referrals and repeat business - Work closely with Leasing team to promote warehouse solutions to prospective customers - Work together with Facility Management team to coordinate tenant moving in/out processes and follow up on service coordination during lease term - In collaboration with Leasing team to attend to tenant’s enquiries and troubleshoot tenant’s issues - Be available on-site to work with tenants as and when required - Coordinate tenant invoice process and assist Finance to address tenant and landlord billing-related queries - Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration - Preparing regular tenancy reports for relevant stakeholders - Maintain and update tenant database - Maintain good knowledge of market conditions and legislation that may affect the real estate industry, particularly the industrial and logistics sector - Any other tasks as required to support the Management and the team

- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Business or equivalent - Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experiences. Experience in logistics operations or property industry field is an added advantage - Strong communication, fluency in Chinese and English - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) - Strong problem solving and organizational skills - Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information - Positive and adaptive mindset
