Job Description
• Manage diaries and organize meetings
• Assist in preparing and managing presentations, reports, decks and other documents for TLT’s meetings.
• Coordinate meeting agendas and take minutes for division, department meetings
• Follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of TLT with respective Department Heads/Managers to ensure all things are delivered on time and met expectation.
• Responsible for organizing TLTs travel, including flights, hotel, car rental, visa requirements,etc.
• Represent TLTs’ office at guest as required
• Process expense claims for TLTs
Scope 2: Provide administrative, clerical support duties to team
• Order stationery, office equipment
• Submit and reconcile expense
• Update amendment Department Organization Chart
• Assist new hires on introduction plan, IT asset request, apply visa/ work permit/ residence card for expat ect.
Scope 3: Organize and Coordinate logistics for training, events, workshops
• Work with vendors
• Process payment
Job Requirements
• Fluent in English
• Good communication and minute-taking skills
• Professional and well- organized, project management
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
