Executive Finance Accountant

A. Tax Reporting

▪ Prepare and submit VAT, FCT, CIT and other statutory tax reports to local authorities.

▪ Support the preparation of annual transfer pricing documentation.

▪ Liaise with tax officers and handle tax audit and tax refund.

▪ Monitor changes in Vietnam tax laws and advise management of potential impacts.

▪ Handle any other tax matters.

B. Fixed Assets Accounting

▪ Record and classify fixed asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and construction-in-progress (CIP).

▪ Run monthly depreciation and reconcile fixed asset balances with the general ledger.

▪ Issue and control asset tags, ensuring all assets are properly tracked and verified.

▪ Organize and coordinate annual fixed asset count.

▪ Maintain complete documentation for all fixed asset transactions.

C. Accounts Payable (AP)

▪ Receive, verify and recognize expenses into the accounting system.

▪ Process payments to vendors, and ensure full supporting documents.

▪ Prepare monthly payment plans, and monitor actual disbursements vs. plan.

▪ Reconcile accounts payable balance with vendors, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

D. Other responsibilities

▪ Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities (provisioning, accruals, reconciliation).

▪ Support internal and external auditors during annual audit.

▪ Participate in the setup and testing of the SAP system.

▪ Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Ensure all accounting documents are properly archived and retrievable.

▪ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields.

▪ Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or FDI companies.

▪ Solid knowledge of Vietnam tax laws and accounting principles (VAS).

▪ Hands-on experience with fixed asset and accounts payable modules.

▪ Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

▪ Basic use of English for daily tasks

▪ High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
