Executive, Key Account (Surgical Instrument - Alcon)

- Undertake liaison and support functions for the head office for information sharing, market sur-vey and providing instrument product knowledge.
- Execute plan to meet surgical products related goals with respect to the assigned territory;
- Periodically conduct field visit to build effective and enduring professional relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs within the assigned territory to seek for opportunities for in-vestment and business expansion of Alcon in Vietnam.
- Being responsible for territory: in-depth understanding of market environment and the terri-tory conditions, HCPs insights, key decision makers and healthcare professionals; com-munication on stakeholder insights to internal associates and supports development of new business strategies; Liaising roles between customers and distributor; troubleshooting any concerns or product issues on field.
- Executing marketing plans in accordance with established guidelines and Alcon strategies.
- Support our distributor: in product symposia, specific events including reviewing promo-tional materials and giving recommendation to ensure product information correct and up-to-date and making presentation on products as per request; interaction with distributor’s key customers and their listing process;
- OR Working: observation for feedback and reporting purposes;
- Timely/accurate report submissions and other special reports;
- Calls planned in advance, accounts covered with appropriate frequency;
- Responding to related stakeholders’ inquiries;
- Strategic planning of the accounts;
- Collecting information from legal sources in relation to market share;
- Be responsible for reporting any Product Complaint and Adverse Event related to Alcon products in Vietnam market within 24 hours and as per procedure provided by the Local Vigilance Representative (LVR);
- Participation in and completion of all Companies’ training sections (face-to-face and on-line);
- Be in compliance with Alcon’s policies, Code of Conducts, Anti-bribery and AP3 of the Company;
- Other assignment as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor Degree in Technique, Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, Medicine, Pharmaceuticals.
Languages: Proficient Vietnamese, English is a plus (written & oral communication)
Skill/ Experience / Professional requirement:
- Experience in similar role and territory can be a plus;
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience preferable in a medical or pharmaceutical organ-isation
- Communication and presentation skills.
