Executive Maintenance/ Quản Lý Bảo Trì (Làm Việc Tại Hòa Bình Có Xe Đưa Đón Từ Hà Nội)

1. Maintenance Management:

- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all garment manufacturing equipment, including sewing machines, cutting machines, pressing systems, and automated production lines.

- Diagnose and troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues to minimize production downtime.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during maintenance activities.

2. Automation and Technology Integration:

- Design, implement, and maintain automation systems to optimize production processes, such as automated sewing lines, robotic cutting systems, or conveyor systems.

- Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to integrate Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT-enabled equipment, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and SCADA systems, into factory operations.

- Monitor and optimize automated systems to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance throughput.

3. Innovation and Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for innovation in equipment design, maintenance strategies, and production workflows to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

- Lead projects to upgrade legacy systems with modern, energy-efficient, and smart technologies.

- Develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce maintenance costs, improve machine reliability, and increase production capacity.

4. Engineering and Technical Expertise:

- Apply engineering principles to analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including equipment manuals, maintenance logs, and automation system configurations.

- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to proactively address potential equipment issues.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Supervise and train maintenance technicians on equipment handling, automation systems, and safety protocols.

- Coordinate with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to align maintenance schedules with production goals.

- Work with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, upgrades, or automation installations.

6. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations, and factory safety policies.

- Implement predictive maintenance techniques, such as vibration analysis and thermal imaging, to enhance equipment reliability.

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the maintenance department.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (PLC programming, robotics) is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Able to communicate in English
