Mô Tả Công Việc
- Organize customer conferences with logistic arrangement and preparation as venue, meal, POSM, invitation, contract, payment…
- Coordinate with MD, RA, Legal, Procurement, FA, or other functional departments… to get approval or processing of all proposal, promotional materials, conference, event; follow up the registration status, the purchasing process of essential materials or required services as planned.
- Prepare payment voucher (PVs) of related marketing activities and coordinate with Finance Accounting and other functional departments to ensure all essential documents as PVs, contracts, proposal to be approved/proceed as planned.
- Keep track of all assigned activities and report to line manager/client regularly or as per request.
- Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources, execute tasks that assigned by line manager/client
- Gather data/information from relevant functions and provide meaningful analysis for the team
- Support sales administration activities (e.g. order taking and submission, shipment and tracking) in accordance to agreed service level standards
- Respond to sales and marketing team on general administrative activities (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance and lodging)
- Recommend any possible improvements or process enhancement within the area of responsibility
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Demonstrate strong administrative and organization skills
- Proven knowledge and experience in SAP, Blue ocean, GAPIM
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- Capable of working independently and as a part of a team.
Education
- Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
Work Experience
- Up to two years' experience in a similar role
