Executive, Strategy Development (Market Intelligence & Sales Launch)

This role will be responsible for assisting the Director, Strategic Planning & Marketing and Assistant Manager, Strategic Planning in formulating and executing strategies to ultimately support the sales targets of the company; assisting the superior in liaising of among internal parties such as the Board of Management, Investment & Portfolio Management, Design and Project teams, as well as external parties such as Sales Agencies, Research Consultants, etc.

• Supports the execution of all matters relating to Sales strategy, including Sales pricing and Sales policies.

• Support superiors in preparing recommendations for internal approvals, reporting, sales program, project budget planning and forecasting etc.

• Support superiors in coordinating with Sales Agent in Sales related matters (Sales Documentation procedures and process, Product Information, Training & Launch,...)

• Conduct market research when necessary to support certain requirements of the department and the Company at different stages of our projects

• Preparing reports, documents for meetings and presentations

• Actively works with internal departments for efficient execution of strategy

• Performs other duties as required on the job

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Finance/Banking/Investment background is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, real estate industry is a plus.

• Excellent planning, analytical, presentation and organizational skills.

• Excellent skills with Excel, Power Point, Power BI is a plus.

• Ability to effectively manage several priorities and work as a team in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, as well as interpersonal style relating well to all levels within an organization.
