Reports To: Manager, Trade Services
Based at: Operations
Job Purpose Summary:
The job holder is responsible for servicing Trade Services clients in accordance with Trade Services standards.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Ensure the accuracy and service level agreement of trade services including Import, Export, Trade Loan, Bank Guarantee.
2. Ensure the responsiveness to customer needs/ transactional issues with highest satisfaction from internal and external customers when playing as primary contact point;
3. Liaise and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth facilitation of transactions
4. Proactively find opportunities and implement initiatives to improve working process and system;
5. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of periodical and ad-hoc reports requested by SBV, relevant authorities and other parties;
6. Ensure the readiness of documents for auditing purposes and the rectification of internal and external audit points (if any) in a responsible and timely manner;
7. Precisely construct messages in accordance with SWIFT guidelines and standards
8. Perform other duties as assigned by line manager/HOD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education/Qualification:
Full time University degree and/or professional qualification in Trade / International Payment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Trade Services.
- Be familiar with and have a working knowledge of the ICC e.g. :
• Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits
• International Standard Banking Practice
• Uniform Rules for Collection
• Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements
• International Standby Practice
• Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees
Special Skills:
• Exposure in computerized banking facilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively deal with people from a wide diversity of cultures and social environments.
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good team player and willing to learn
