About the role

As an Experienced Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for managing accounting services for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate preparation of financial records, tax compliance, and timely reporting in line with regulations. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients, gathering the necessary information, managing accounting documentation, and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client and colleagues to provide financial outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, and other financial tasks.

• Ensure deliverables to the head office meet established quality and timeline standards.

• Liaise with clients to address queries related to the services provided.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by managers.

• 2-3 years of experience in the accounting field.

• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with SAP/ Oracle is preferable.

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

• Strong background of accounting. Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is preferable.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
