The Role
As an experienced Designer (Interiors), you will help drive our mission forward, working directly with our clients and leading our teams to create smart, valuable design solutions across diverse industries, scales, and mediums.
Supporting our Senior Interior Designers, you will help to inspire and motivate staff, clients and partners, guiding them through all stages of our design process, including research, briefing, design, documentation, and construction.
You will be empowered to learn and grow your professional knowledge and skill while contributing to the success of our projects.
What you'll do
• Support the project team to develop creative and innovative design solutions for a wide range of high-quality projects.
• Develop design concepts in collaboration with senior management and oversee the design through all stages of the project.
• Train and supervise junior team members to provide great design solutions, adhere to company policies, and continuously improve their knowledge and design skills.
• Liaise with senior management to monitor and review performance of junior team members.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and OUT-2 Design standards are met throughout the design process.
• Liaise with clients through the design process and delivery cycle.
• Represent OUT-2 Design professionally and promote the company’s services at every opportunity.

Relevant work experience:
• 5+ years in architecture and/or interior design working with international clients.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture/ Interior Design.
• Knowledge and experience of commercial architecture and interior design; particularly innovative office, education, multi residential projects.
• Excellent creative and technical skills.
• The ability to work in a close-knit team environment.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and professional-level English.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and other general office software.
• The ability to present ideas and communicate concepts in 2D and 3D including hand sketching.
• Excellent project planning and time management skills.
• Excellent project management and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
*SKILLS: AutoCAD, REVIT, Vray for Sketch-Up and Microsoft 365 are essential. Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus, as is an interest in software solutions that improve performance.
