Experienced Paraplanner - Australian Financial Planning Support

We’re looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our team and help us deliver clear, engaging, and high-quality financial advice to clients. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in preparing advice documents, managing investment administration, and helping create seamless client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), Portfolio Reviews, Cashflow Projections, and Investment Strategies

• Manage client onboarding, including documentation preparation and coordination with external providers

• Conduct research on financial products, services, and strategy options

• Support advice implementation and liaise with product and service providers

• Assist advisers with meeting preparation, client communication, and follow-up tasks

• Maintain accurate and compliant client files and records

• Build and maintain positive client relationships, attending meetings when required

About You

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within the Australian financial advice industry

• Strong understanding of financial planning strategies, compliance, and regulatory requirements

• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality, compliant advice documents

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently

• Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
