Experienced/senior Accountant

As an Experienced Accountant, you will co-ordinate with colleagues in Finance Team from Singapore head office to perform following tasks:

- Assist Finance Team to help with data migration into in-house developed accounting system.

- Perform daily finance duties for entities in Group which is inclusive of:

o Input accounting transactions into the accounting system.

o Perform month-end closing entries.

o Follow up AP/AR. Identify and recommend collection action plan and provisioning of doubtful debts.

o Prepare supporting schedules like bank reconciliation, amortization schedule, fixed assets register, etc..

o Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s management.

- Other tasks/Ad-hoc as required by the Team leader.

- Degree hold in Accounting (ACCA/CPA Australia certificates are preferred).

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a General Accounting position.

- Proficient in English (both report writing and conversation).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Responsible, well-organized and able to work independently.

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software.
