The candidate will work across offline and digital mediums, performance marketing, affiliate marketing and organic/earned/paid media for Techcombank’s suite of Retail Banking Services. The Product Marketing team strives to transform customer experiences by developing and delivering personalized experiences on our offline and digital assets that drive high-quality customer growth and engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing campaigns for Techcombank’s suite of Retail Banking Services Offline and Digital Marketing campaigns and programs.
Product Marketing
• Join the working team to build up Customer Value Propositions for economic segments, MKT segments or tactical segments.
• Co-work with Product Teams to develop new products or improve the current ones to meet customers' demand and to enhance TCB competitiveness; Co-work with Omni channel to support salesforce in promoting products & customer campaigns
• Assist in new product Go-to-market plans to deliver proper product positioning to the right targeted customers
• Assist in BAU/Initiative marketing plans to the right targeted customers and with strong customer value propositions
• Campaign Development and Management
• Develop overall planning, execution, and maintenance of media plans, budgets, and schedules
• Effectively implement and manage paid mass media campaigns, including media planning, execution, and measurement adhering to MKT and business KPI’s
• Craft a vision for media that meets short-term and long-term business goals across a diverse portfolio of financial products
• Build a scalable media strategy that drives awareness and viewership of original series and movies
• Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually optimize, improve performance and enhance learning
• Responsible for driving the media agency to provide insightful and innovative media plans
• Inform marketing campaign strategy based on understanding of the media landscape, media performance, and creative performance
• Campaign Tactics and Measurement
• Partner with multiple lines of businesses to understand business priorities and support revenue growth
• Help drive improvement of customer experiences, increase interactions and convert traffic into new customers and accounts
• Track performance metrics to maximize the value from each channel
• Understand and help communicate prioritization decisions in governance forums
• Continuously drive improvements through optimization of the digital ecosystem – including site navigation, owned ad content and retargeting strategies
• Be a customer advocate – restlessly champion consistent and seamless user experiences across all assets and channels
• Partner with Analytics and Digital teams to understand end-to-end digital performance – across traffic, engagement, conversion and account/customer quality metrics
• Manage agency relationships and ensure they deliver work of the highest quality
• Understand the competitive media landscape, and identify new opportunities to drive category leadership through brand media
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, banking & insurance experience preferred
• Proven track record includes:
- Deep understanding of how to use media to drive awareness and conversion
- Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the implementation of digital and traditional media strategies
- Exceptional understanding of digital and traditional advertising including but not limited to display, print, OOH, and digital media channels
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics and how to optimize campaigns
- Experience working directly with agencies and creators to provide rationale for media strategy
