Export Documentation Staff

• Prepare and check full set of export documents (Booking, HBL, MBL, Invoice, Packing List, AMS, ISF…) for shipments to the USA.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, and internal departments to follow up and handle export shipments.

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of AMS/ISF in compliance with US customs regulations.

• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo status, and update shipment progress to customers.

• Handle documentation issues (e.g. incorrect commodity names, HS codes, missing documents, late submission).

• Work with accounting, logistics dept to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

• Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately after being hired.

• College or university degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics

• At least 1 year of experience in export documentation, preferably with shipments to the USA.

• Strong understanding of export procedures, especially AMS and ISF filing.

• Good command of English, especially in email and documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.

• Able to work under pressure and handle tasks independently.
