Export Executive

About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Cocoa Trading Department as an Export Executive. As part of the Cocoa Trading team in HCMC, the role is responsible for the sale of cocoa products to third-party customers as well as for intercompany sales, according to sales budget and available capacities. Further tasks, such as involvement in market intelligence, fall under scope. Key Responsibilities • Selling cocoa products to customers, direct contact with 3rd party and internal customers according to sales budget. • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order confirmations, shipping schedules, and any logistical updates. • Monitor export documents related to shipments, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. • Analyze and interpret market insights supporting trading strategy accordingly. • Research and stay updated on international cocoa market trends and regulations. • Accompany customers visiting company’s production sites (if required).

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, Trade Finance, or a related field (preferred). • Fluent in English (especially reading & speaking skills). • 1 year of experience of trading commodities in an international environment. • Team player and capable of working cross-functionally across various stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple conflicting priorities in changing environment. • Flexible and willing to travel.
