Basic working condition for this vacant (Subject to change as per company’s business):

1. Probation: 02 months.

2. Working time: Monday to Saturday (morning)

3. Working venue: 84 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe ward, District 1.

Responsible for assisting the Import/Export Specialist in the timely and efficient import and export of all international shipments.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive The import-Export Coordinator to oversee all IM–EX operations, lead sourcing activities, and build a strong, high-performing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth cross-border operations, developing reliable suppliers, optimizing cost structures, and supporting international sales growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building systems, leading people, and improving end-to-end international operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Import–Export Operations Management

• Lead all import–export activities, shipping arrangements, and required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, and internal policies.

• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

• Troubleshoot issues related to shipments, permits, documentation, and customs clearance.

• Improve operational workflows to increase speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

2. Sourcing & Supplier Development

• Lead the sourcing team to identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers (local & international).

• Conduct cost analysis, supplier audits, and quality assessments.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supply agreements with vendors.

• Ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, and compliance standards.

• Develop sourcing strategies to diversify supply and reduce operational risks.

3. Team Building & Leadership

• Build, train, and mentor the Import–Export and Sourcing teams.

• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both IM–EX and sourcing workflows.

• Assign KPIs, monitor performance, and promote continuous improvement.

• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

• Assist in reviewing contracts, commercial terms, and Incoterms application.

• Provide insights on market trends, logistics costs, and supplier developments.

4. Reporting & Operational Improvement

• Prepare regular reports on shipments, sourcing performance, lead times, and cost efficiencies.

• Monitor industry trends, freight market conditions, and regulatory changes.

• Recommend strategic improvements to optimize supply chain performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience in import–export operations; sourcing experience is strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to lead teams and build systematic processes.

• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, procurement, and supplier management.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Finance, and Quality teams.
