Export & Import / Warehouse Documentation Staff

• Warehouse:

- Inventory management (Inbound & Outbound)

- Performing data entry to ensure the accuracy is captured into the system.

- Ensure issuing Warehouse receipt and invoice timely.

- To execute other tasks when required.

• Export & Import:

- To coordinate shipments both of import and export

- To monitor, drive and complete daily operational tasks; resolves issues to ensure customer satisfaction

- Getting invoices from shipping lines, check and transfer to accounting department for payment

- To support sales team

- To execute other additional duties as Management Board assigns

- Male & Female - Under 30 year old

- At least 2 years of working experience in required position

- Good written and spoken English

- Good computer skills and knowledge in MS Office

- Keen attention to details, with an ability to spot errors

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Dynamic, hard-working, high sense of responsibility

- Knowledge of Warehouse Management system is an advantage.
