Export Sales Executive
Job description
Responsibilities
• Prospect, build, and develop partnerships with new customers in oversea
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable products/solutions.
• Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the export sales division.
• Handle export process: negotiation, logistics, shipment time, payments,…
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, ensuring clarity in requirements from customers and factory.
• Solve arising problems of shipments: quality, quantity, damages, logistics,…
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats
• Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, business administration or marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an export sales executive, preferably in the steel industry.
• Strong exposure to steel products and understanding of export-import, incoterm, payments in international trade.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Prefer male candidates
• Age: 25 - 35

*Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
