Export Sales Operation Assistant Manager

Job Summary

The Export Sales Operation Assistant Manager serves as the central coordinator for export sales support activities, working closely with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of international business operations. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, maintaining compliance, and supporting the company’s overall business and performance objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and effective completion of order placement, shipment arrangements, and export documentation.

• Oversee assigned markets, track progress, and compile monthly order statistics for reporting.

• Monitor production schedules to guarantee accuracy in quantity and delivery timelines.

• Liaise with customers and internal departments to arrange logistics in line with agreements.

• Review or directly handle contracts, PIs, POs, invoices, packing lists, and related documents.

• Monitor customer payments, track outstanding balances, and ensure financial compliance.

• Provide timely updates to management on potential incidents and propose effective solutions.

• Build, train, and mentor subordinates to strengthen operational performance and professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field preferred.

• 3–5 years in export sales operations or international business.

• Familiarity with documentation, compliance standards, and international trade practices.

• Understanding of international business practices and sensitivity to cultural differences.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in English.
