- Inbound and outbound shipping information management by WMS.
- Input and Manage the data in WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Prepare document for express service If it is necessary.
- Input the Master B/L number and matching with the Registration Number.
- Detailed research on a specific company in the Express field.
- Searching and gathering databases of the Express business in Vietnam.
- Works on other tasks assigned by management if required.
- Handling NVOCC documents. (HBL, A / N, D / O, D / N, C / N)
- Receive requests from agents and customers (Mainly Air) for Express shipment.
- Handle and track Express Air shipments designated according to the company's standard operating procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Preferred over 1 year of experience in the field of Express Service company (Vietnam to Korea, Korea to Vietnam, Vietnam to USA, etc )
Especially, wholesalers, and retailers in Express Business.
- Graduated from college or higher majoring in economics, e-commerce, foreign trade, import-export, logistics, …
- Careful, honest, meticulous, agile, eager to learn, hard-working, good communication ability
- Good teamwork skills, willing to work under pressure, sticking with the company
- Foreign language: English (written, listening, speaking fluently)
- Proficient in office computers, using good search engines, and good writing skills
