External Relations Officer (Legal Background)

1. VAMA activities (Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers' Association): is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profitable organization, and established on the basis of voluntary principle by the automobile manufacturers licensed to operate in Vietnam.

- Establishing a collaborative system with various industries and public sectors to prepare the company for future involvement in VAMA’s main activities.

- Promoting various activities at executive committees, subcommittees, and other committees within VAMA. This also includes acting as a liaison between these committees and relevant departments within the company.

- Serving as the company’s contact point for daily work with VAMA.

2. Government agency relations

- Handling reports, gathering information, and negotiating with relevant ministries and administrative agencies to improve the government’s understanding of the company.

- Attending meetings and seminars on various topics related to the automobile industry. This includes meetings between VAMA members, government authorities, domestic and international organizations, and other associations.

- Cooperating with relevant departments within the company and acting as a liaison point for negotiations with government agencies, industry groups, and other companies in the same industry.

3. Crisis management

- Taking timely measurements and proposing actions in response to emergencies and crisis situations.

- Developing plans and countermeasures to minimize crisis happening.

- Education: Graduated from Universities with Laws major or Laws related majors.

- Experience: Having from 3 years of experience in the legal field, candidates with experience in the automotive industry will be preferred.

- Proficiency in English (TOEIC 750 or above).

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Female is preferable.
