Fabric Sourcing Executive

- Making hangers/ swatch cards based on selection of buyer/ designer/ merchant team and keep record of the same.

- Maintaining library like general collection, seasonally collections, hot selling products and exciting customer bulk/ sample.

- Maintaining accessories/ embroideries/ laces library

- Arranging required fabrics/ accessories from library based on request from buyer/designers/merchants and keeping records for the same

- Interacting with mills for new collection, price, lead times, minimums and s/ydg availability.

- Supporting in sourcing bridging between cross-functional teams and fabric supply.

- Keeping all relevant sourcing and development needs in check

- Graduated with a major in Garment Technology.

- Ability to communicate in English.

- 3 years of experience in the same role.

- Strong organization skills with being diligent, open-minded, self-motivated and willingness to learn are essential

- Understanding of fabric types, functional and performance finishes along with familiarisation with lab testing and performance specifications is preferable
