Fabric Sourcing/Buying Coordinator

• Coordinate with the Milan fabric sourcing team regarding the status of fabric shipments.

• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery to factories as per schedule.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers about delivery plans and timelines.

• Monitor and track fabric orders to ensure they meet production deadlines.

• Assist in resolving any issues related to fabric sourcing and delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of fabric shipments and supplier communications.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.

• Support the development of strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration.

• Participate in meetings to discuss sourcing strategies and improvements.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fabric sourcing or buying coordination.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Experience in the fashion or textile industry is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sourcing software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
