The primary responsibility of the Facilities coordinator requires a hands-on person to perform daily
facility maintenance projects, including but not limited to: HVAC, painting; plumbing,
fire safety equipment, landscaping, janitorial, etc.
This person will coordinate with the Facilities Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification..
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field, e.g., building
and facilities management/or facilities management, residential or commercial construction, or general contracting.
- Experience using tools and performing general repairs and maintenance.
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. is essential
- Experience in security auditing, emergency response & fire safety measures
- Emergency Response / Crisis Management: must be available to be on-call after hours to respond to emergency situations and must be available to work a flexible schedule including some weekends.
- Training & awareness
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications a plus
- Languages – Vietnamese, English
