Position Function / Purpose:
Manage the maintenance of offices, shopping mall facilities and infrastructure. Supervise maintenance works to ensure that contract service providers perform all contractual obligations under various term contracts and maintain excellent tenancy relations
Job Duties:
- Set up & improve procedures and policies for Facilities & Securities operation in shopping mall
- Prepare and control budget vs. actual expense of Securities & Facilities to ensure the best use of budget
- Manage Facilities & Securites team to avoid mistakes and follow strictly company regulations
- Manage all constructor works including: handling, receiving sites, fitting out... to ensure safety in Shopping mall
- Monitor and Ensure tenants operate their facilities (ie. Kitchen, store, ect..) in good and safe conditions according to Tenant rules Book and Shopping Center operation regulations
- Be responsible for solving incidents caused by equipment failure or usage of Tenants
- Manage activities required by laws on emergenty, fire, …and evacuation rehearsal…
- Supervise AEON Delight services regarding security & facilities to ensure their high service quality
- Other tasks as assigned.

Reporting Relationships/ Designation & Job Grade of Supervisor: Operation Manager/General Manager
No. of subordinates: < 5
Salary: 25mil – 40mil
Career Path (next level): Manager
