Facility & Maintenance Manager

General Responsibility:

• Follow the general compliance rules

• Work, safety and fire and environment regulations are known and kept

• Company owned properties (devices) are used reasonably and acc. to regulation

• Quality and environmental management system are known and their regulations are respected

• Responsible for the timely performance of the tasks assigned to him in accordance with the requirements set out in the relevant legislation, standards, internal instructions and instructions of his superior

• Responsible for the proper and professional use of the materials, tools and equipment provided

• Responsible for the continuous improvement of processes within his department

• Ensures the operation of the integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of the current ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO18001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and IATF16949.

• Continuously develop regional KPIs,

• Ensures the continuous maintenance of the technical condition, planned preventive maintenance, commissioning and renovation of devices, machines, equipment, and facilities

• Manages the operation and continuous development of the TPM system

• Responsible for coordinating the operation of maintenance areas to increase internal operational efficiency

• Preparation and presentation of documentation and reports

• Holds in-house training in his field

Requirements (qualification, education, language skills, knowledge, experience):

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

• Broad knowledge and at least 5 years professional experience in leading production in an internationally operating company with a strong focus on manual operation processes

• ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently

• Ability to work under pressure, convincing and a trusted partner

• good technical problem-solving skills to stabilize processes and product quality

• Pragmatic with a "hands-on approach“

• Specialized higher education degree

• Knowledge of German and / or English at negotiation level

• Professional experience of more than 5 years and / or a minimum of 3 years of manager experience
