Facility Control Leader (Shutle Bus from Ha Noi, Hai Duong to Hung Yen)

We are NIKKISO VIETNAM, INC, a 100% Japanese Invested Manufacturing Company. Our Factory is located in Thang Long Industrial Park II, Lieu Xa Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen province. Our products are airplane components manufactured with specialized technology.

We are welcome the potential candidate for Facility Control Leader.

Job description.

I. Main duties and responsibilities:

- Managing and monitoring the implementation for periodically maintenance of machinery, facility and equipment in the factory.

- Managing the team about troubleshooting, repairing and making reports for all machine/equipment on factory.

- Managing the spare part/periodic replacement parts and consumption parts.

- Implement improvement action to increase performance/efficient of machine/equipment.

- Control document for Audit.

- Training, monitoring and education team members to improve their skills and efficiencies.

- Other tasks as required from Direct Manager.

II. Supporting tasks.

- Issuing Non-conformity report.

- Assisting to other departments namely production, production control, inspection, quality control, engineering; material control; IT; general affair on some related work.

- Contact/human relation with Company’s Employee.

- Other tasks/issue if having required from direct Manager.

III. Reporting/Communicating.

- Direct report to Manager or Deputy Manager.

- Keep the good communication with all related member.

Job Requirement

- University graduation.

- Having high skill on planning, reporting and management

- Having high responsibilities.

- At least 3 years experience in the same position in Manufacturing Company.

- Communicate in English is a must.

- Good teamwork abitities, working independently and can work under high pressure.
