Facility Management (FM) Staff

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1- Facility operation

- Inspect, monitor and operate daily the M&E systems in the data center to ensure continuous, safe and stable operation.

- Troubleshoot problems, perform simple repairs and replace damaged equipment related to infrastructure equipment"

2- Facility maintenance

- Coordinate with contractors to plan and perform periodic maintenance at the data center.

- Supervising contractors, monitoring quality, quantity and technical acceptance in projects to repair, maintain and expand the M&E system of the data center.

- Record and results after completing work"

3- Customer project work

- Setup all facility system as power route, power bar, ... for customer project.

- Coordinate with other teams to support customers."

4- Other work

- Study and research new technologies.

- Other related tasks as request from direct manager.

1. Education, Experience & Skill

- Male only, under 30 years old.

- Education: At least graduate Technical University as profession of electrical.

- New graduates are accepted.

- Experience in operating and maintaining M&E systems or working in a data center is an advantage.

2. IT, Language & Other Skills

- Have ability to use some software as MS Excel, MS Word, Auto Cad and Microsoft Visio.

- English: At least TOEIC 600 and able to communicate with 04 skills as Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading.

- Have good teamwork skills and reporting skills.

- Has ability to work in high pressure environment.

- Has good communication skill, documentation skill and presentation skill.

- Has ability to study and research new technologies

3. Relationship and contacts:

- Internal:

+ Under control of Team Leader, Managers/Directors.

+ Receive and communicate to other staff directly.

- External:

+ Support customer

+ Communicate with Partner, Carrier, Vendor
