Facility Officer (Aeon Mall Da Nang - 534)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility Officer in AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe.

+ Working location: UST Tower, 639 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Thanh Khe, Da Nang (Temporary office).

+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM - C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.

+ Report to: Executive/ Manager.

+ Main function: Oversee daily building operations and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

1. Check services performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (Service provider) and make suggestion for quality service improvement and cost saving (15%);

2. Focus on checking building / tenant Dwg & design to make sure follow as AMV's safety standard and reach QCVN's update (15%);

3. Coordinator as both of Role : Landlord & Tenant to solve daily operation among TTC - Tenant - other partner to keep smooth operation (15%);

4. Monthly checking Facility belongs to AMV's & Landlord's Facilities to reach standard of complex building (15%);

5. Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors (10%);

6. Follow all fit out works, renovation, event setting up in shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any. (10%);

7. Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from Management (10%);

8. Other duties as assigned (10%).

1. Have Bachelor's or College degree in relevant fields.

2. Have at least 2 years of experience in Property Management/ Operation, knowledge of technical and MEP is an advantage.

3. Have basic spoken and written English skills and good communication in Vietnamese.

4. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.

5. Ability to work under high pressure.

6. Be willing to work in shift and on public holidays.
