Due to business growth and to ensure effective operation of the new project, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility & Security Officer in AEON MALL Thanh Hoa and 01 Facility & Security Officer in AEON MALL Ha Long

+ Work location:

- Room No. 301, 302, 3rd floor, Ha Thanh Plaza Building at National Highway 1A, Minh Trai Street, Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam (Temporary office)

- AEON MALL Ha Long Temporary Office, SHB Building, Ha Long, Quang Ninh.

+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.

+ Report to: Senior Manager/ Team Leader.

+ Job summary: Follow established regulations, procedures, guidelines and standards to maintain building’s facilities, utilities, daily operating conditions and maintenance plans ensuring smooth functioning and safety operation of the shopping mall, carry out all task to ensure tenant compliance to the agreement and Aeon Mall requirement.

Job Description:

1. Supervise agencies and vendors in preparing campaign materials and key visuals for the Mall. Manage all communication channels and tools, ensuring content quality, consistency of image, and timely customer responses within agreed standards (25%);

2. Collaborate with agencies, vendors, tenants, and external partners to oversee event and decoration details. Ensure all marketing campaigns and events are executed smoothly, safely, and effectively, delivering engaging customer experiences. (25%);

3. Conduct daily patrols of the shopping center to provide timely customer support. Monitor and check all marketing activities, including decorations, events, digital signages, and both online/offline channels, to ensure proper execution and provide prompt support to tenants. (20%);

4. Conduct marketing research, analyze reports and customer insights, identify emerging trends and technologies, and recommend innovative ideas. Support strategies to strengthen the Mall’s brand positioning and maximize marketing performance within budget (10%);

5. Handle administrative tasks for the marketing team, including preparing requests for approval, processing payments, managing contracts, and registering promotion programs with local authorities (10%);

6. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports to track performance and support management decision-making (5%);

7. Other tasks as assigned (5%).

+) Bachelor’s degree.

+) Candidates with 1 – 3 years of experience and knowledge in Building Operation and knowledge about Mechanical Electric, Construction is a plus.

+) Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.

+) Good at Microsoft Office.

+) Good at data analysis and good mindset in solving problems.

+) Having negotiation & communication skill.

+) Able to work well under pressure and be a good team player.

+) Willing to work in shift.
