Mô Tả Công Việc

- Manage Data center critical infrastructure equipment’s in line with SLA requirements.
- Managing Critical incidents with 24x7 response, Follow Escalation Procedures and Perform Incident Root cause analysis.
- Able to provide suggestions, Proposal based on Value Engineering driving towards efficiency, optimization energy savings.
- Process oriented and able to contribute towards improvement of Methodology.
- Generate Reports - Generate customized, standard and ad-hoc reports, ensuring they are issued within required time frames.
- Upkeeping of Trackers Energy data, Life cycle replacement, Electrical inspection etc.
- Process Maintenance & Reactive Work Orders –Issue routine and corrective work orders, track to ensure timely completion, close out work orders.
- Maintain equipment inventory – Data entry for new and existing equipment, generate labels and update maintenance schedules or job plans.
- Ensure Preventative Maintenance Schedule – 52 weeks planner for equipment maintenance auto populated via CMMS and generates work orders in timely fashion without manual intervention.
- Coordinate Job Plan Amendments – Receive job plan updates, input changes into the system, issue and communicate changes to field teams.
- Technical ability- Must have sound knowledge in HVAC, Electrical systems.
- Ability to attend minor complaints on own replace lamps, attend power trip, Air-condition temperature warm issues at sit.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical / Mechanical engineering.
- Experience of 5 to 8 years is preferred. Service provider experience is a plus
- Has sound knowledge in Computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Maximo is preferred.
- Strong M&E, HVAC, Fire protection knowledge and Hands on Experience preferred.
- Soft skills fair knowledge in Microsoft Excel, word, power point, etc.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize, with demonstrated experience working with deadlines.
- Possess strong customer service skills, problem solving skill and management skill.
- Should have fair communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
