Job Position: Factory Automation Equipment Sales Engineer
Job Type: Full time
Years of experience:4 years and above on industrial automation
Gender:Male

Purpose:
We are hiring a bright and hard-working talent who is able to learn quickly and ready to make a contribution to the company’s growth in our work with key customers and industry development in local market. This is a direct sales position focused on the sale of factory automation equipment such as winding machine, Auto-screw driving machine, PCB router machine and servo press and so on.

Responsibilities:
• Understanding the local FA equipment market as it relates to customer requirements, opportunities and competition
• Explore new segments & customers and implement company business plans to achieve annual sales target
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new FA equipment channel partners, and review channel partner sales performance monthly and recommend the improvements
• Coordinate with channel partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales target
• Responsible for the specific equipment needs of customers and manage sales pipeline, new opportunities and forecast
• Develop positive working relationships with key customers in target vertical market according to Delta’s strategy plan and generate revenue.
• Communicate and coordinate with PM and engineer to provide customers with technical proposal
• Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities and
report to management
• Preparing presentations and professional proposals that highlight the value of Delta solutions and services
• The other task assigned by the manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Master or bachelor in Electronic Engineering , Industrial Automation or related automation major
• 4 years working experience or above in FA field and equipment sales.
• Good at technical communication, coordination and influencing skill with customers, good customer service awareness and high business behavior and processing ability
• Willing to travel when required by business in the nation or Southeast Asia region and can work under high pressure
• Be good at creative thinking, team working, detail orientation, manual dexterity, personal initiative motivation
• Be good at English reading/writing/listening/speaking. Mandarin is a plus
• Good documentation and presentation ability.
• Computer skill in Microsoft office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook is a must.
