Job Position： Factory automation equipment technical support and service engineer
Job Type： Full time
Years of experience：3 years and above.
Gender：Male
Support sales in FA equipment field – winding machine, PCB router, servo press, auto-screw driving machine etc., including customer visiting, site survey and deliver proposal, customer training and after service
Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with sales to investigate customer needs, marketing information， provide technical support and assist sales in business negotiations, identify and control technical risks
• Work closely with sales team continuously to expand new industries and new customers, and provide professional training for new customers and channels in Southeast Asia region
• Support sales team to complete the annual sales target, ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously improve brand influence
• FA equipment installation and commissioning according to the sales agreement to meet customer acceptance standards, and provide equipment operation and troubleshooting training to customer
• Responsible for the FA equipment after-sales service, , and assist RD to analyze and process equipment failures to find out the root cause
• Be able to independently coordinate and resolve the issues (Remote or on-site) per customer feedback, provide corresponding technical support and reasonable solutions
• Establish a good communication channel with customers to solve customers' questions in a timely manner, and improve customer satisfaction
• Provide technical consulting services to customer based on the actual requirement
• Coordinate and utilize local resources to effectively improve equipment and process customized spare parts according to on-site service requirements
• The other task assigned by the manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor in Mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, automation and related majors
• Familiar with the after-sales service process, two or more years of experience in factory automation equipment research and development, installation, commissioning, maintenance and after-sales work is preferred
• Good experience in FA equipment assembly, process flow, commissioning etc., be able to understand electrical diagrams, pneumatic element and diagrams, mechanism assembly drawings, and be familiar with various mechanical element, etc.
• Good knowledge of control systems system integration and configuration, and be able to understand and can modify PLC, HMI, vision, servo, robot and other control programs is a priority
• Strong team spirit, good communication, coordination and influencing skill to communicate effectively with internal team and customers
• Be able to work under high pressure, willing to travel in Southeast Asia region when required by business.
• Be good at creative thinking, detail orientation, manual dexterity, personal initiative motivation and target & plan management
• Have a good customer service mentality, be able to meet sales needs to travel on-site to solve customer problems, and be patient
• Be good at English reading/writing/listening/speaking. Mandarin is a plus
• Good documentation and presentation ability.
• Computer skill in CAM/CDM software, Microsoft office Applications
