Factory Director

Qualifications:
 Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or other technical degree highly desired.
 Minimum of 10 years industrial plant related experience in a production management role.
 Alternatively, extensive industrial experience of 15+ years with progressive supervisory or management responsibilities.
 Training or relevant exposure in supervision skills, quality assurance systems, environmental and safety regulations.
 Strong leadership abilities and communication skills about factory organization,
 understanding of mechanical equipment and chemical process.
 Ability to clearly communicate strategy and vision to team members.
 Proficient skills in company data management systems and Microsoft Office.
 Ability to work in a matrix reporting environment desired.
 Experience in the construction industry preferred.
 Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing
 Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain
 Understanding of TS16949, IOSH/NEBOSH, ISO 14001
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience
