Factory Director – Instant Coffee Factory

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute strategies to optimize plant operations and ensure efficiency in production processes.

2. Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality control.

3. Oversee the implementation of health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall plant performance.

5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Related experiences:

- Proven experience in a senior management role within the FMCG/Food & Beverage manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the coffee manufacturing industry.

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and production management methodologies, especially proven experience working in plants specializing in instant coffee extraction or similar processes.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving production goals and continuous improvement.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach to process optimization and problem resolution.

- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, environmental sustainability practices, and labor laws.

- Proficiency in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving operational excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in using relevant manufacturing software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
