1. PRODUCTION:
- Responsible for managing and operating factory to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Responsible for all production activities of the factory.
- Organize production planning, assign tasks to departments related to production according to the Company's monthly/quarterly/annual production plan orders.
- Plan, forecast and arrange the factory's human resource to meet production needs.
- Train and manage staff to implement production processes properly, labor safety, and industrial hygiene.
2. FACTORY MANAGEMENT:
2.1. Human resource
- Managing, operating, training staffs to improve knowledge, improve working quality, build a professional working environment, build harmonious, cooperation and mutual support staff.
- Manage and supervise the work of the partner's security team working at the factory.
2.2. Quality standard
- Organize the construction and application of a quality system throughout the factory to meet the requirements of GMP WHO, ISO, 5S..., for production of drugs, cosmetic, medical device.
- Responsible for preparing and ensuring full implementation of regulations to achieve good results in GMP, ISO… re-evaluations.
2.3. Others:
- Develop goals and plan to carry out the Factory's work in accordance with the Company's plan.
- Approve documents issued within the factory.
- Monthly reports on factory operations.
- Responsible for implementing the Company's regulations such as: Labor management, asset management, occupational safety and health, fire protection, and environment.
- Organize the management, use and maintenance of issues related to facilities, machinery, equipment and factories according to the direction of the company's Board of General Managers.
- Directing product transfer, research and development of new products at the request of the company's Board of General Directors.
- Other related tasks as directed by the company's Board of General Directors.
