Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer all activities of the Company's factory in accordance with the assigned functions and tasks;
• Build a factory management system
• Make & implement production plans, have monitoring measures and appropriate solutions to ensure that the departments perform on schedule according to the production plan.
• Direct, inspect urge and adjust the schedule of production orders at the Factory to meet the delivery schedule.
• Establish production norms (materials, labor, etc.) for each type of product
• Manage all machinery, equipment, materials, finished products, warehouses, goods under the management of the factory
• Proposing a plan to improve and upgrade the equipment and machinery for production to achieve the best performance.
• Research for new technical solutions applied in production, improve product quality.
• Personnel norms for each team, each department.
• Implement well the Company's regulations on occupational safety, asset management and production management, industrial hygiene.
• Consult the BOD to build a comprehensive development strategy of the factory according to short-term, medium-term and long-term programs.
• Develop effective work management measures (Regulations, processes, measures to encourage labor, reward and discipline employees);
• Evaluate the results of work performance, production plan of the factory on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Report to the BOD periodically and irregularly as required;
• Take full responsibility before the BOD for all activities of the factory;
• Other related tasks under the direction of BOD
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experience in WOOD PELLETS FACTORY MANAGEMENT IS HUGE ADVANTAGE
• Major of Production management / engineering and related professions.
• At least 07 years as factory manager
• BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF ENGLISH IS PREFERABLE
• Master the processes, procedures, ISO standards and regulations of the company/factory
• Ability to lead, assign work, check and monitor implementation
• Have skills to guide, communicate and motivate workers
• Excellent analytical and good conceptual skills
• Strong leadership to engage other head of directors and staff members to solve problems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent presentation skill & management skill
