Factory Manager cum Quality Control ManagementUrgent job

Factory Managers supervise factory workers and ensure that factory operations run smoothly, ensure high performance and production at all times. Factory manager cum Quality Control Management will develop, implement, and periodically evaluate to ensure the company’s production operations, from raw materials to finished products, meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities in terms of Factory:
● Follow, formulate and conform to quality control certification as per BSCI, Sedex, ISO approval
● Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
● Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.
● Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
● Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
● Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
● Establish and execute quality control processes.
● Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
● Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
● Evaluates production operations to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.
● Collaborates with management and senior staff to draft acceptable quality standards.
● Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes with effective implementation of analytical method.
● Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
● Analysis of raw materials, commercially available products, semi-finished products, various stability samples and cleaning confirmation samples
● Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
