Factory Planning Executive

Capacity Maintenance

Participate in capacity budgeting process and determine standard lead-times.

Create and maintain operation work centers and resources in M3.

Review and adjust capacity based on factory plan and budget.

Ensure alignment of capacity information with factory plans.

Production Plan

Attend preproduction meetings and review new styles and orders.

Monitor supply chain progress and production output performance.

Adjust production schedule to meet delivery dates and customer requests.

Production Monitoring

Review daily output performance and recommend solutions.

Attend weekly production meetings to review solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications, with experience using ERP systems preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
