Factory Quality Manager In Bien Hoa

Ensures implementation, maintenance, control and verification of quality management system and processes, develops quality strategy and initiatives, implements methods, tools and qualification to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develops, plans, aligns and continuously improves quality management system, guidelines, processes, strategy, targets, and organization.

Establishes and controls quality management organization and networks, provides resources, plans and controls quality budget.

Acts as the first point of contact to provide technical guidance on quality system, processes, audits, methods, tools, initiatives and customer-related quality topics.

Encourages and drives implementation and sharing of lessons learned, fosters standardization and ensures availability of technical and methodological know-how, provides methods, tools and related trainings.

Develops and maintains quality reporting and informs accountable management regularly.

- Technical Background – Mechanical Engineering is most preferable

- Quality Degree / Qualification

- 12+ year- experience in QA in manufacturing

- 5+ years Managerial Experience working with Multi-National Company with manufacturing in Vietnam

- Bilingual: Vietnamese (mother tongue), English (Professional)

- Experience in QS-technology, test engineering, quality assurance system, leadership, handling of customer complaints

- Experience with OEM customers and local Suppliers

- Experience in measuring instruments, SPC, SWOT- Analysis

- PC-knowledge (table sheets, graphic, text processing, statistic)

- Strong experience in FMEA

- Strong experience in Q-Systems implementation / maintenance (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)

- Nice to Have: Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, Lean Management methods (e.g. Value Stream Analysis/ Value Stream Design, FIFO principle)
