Failure Analysis (Accept Fresher)

1. Operate, maintain and calibrate analysis tools/ equipment like: X-ray, 3D CT, CMM, OMM, VHX…

2. Perform failure analysis on defect parts and come out FA (Failure analysis) report as customer requirements

3. Support program team on the product reliability validation. Train and support lab technicians with test methods and techniques, and data gathering

4. Provide failure analysis for Reliability failure sample.

5. Summary REL failure and FA report at NPI and MP phase.

6. Combine with other departments (as TPM, IE…) find out risk point to improve process in production line.

1. Educational background: University degree in mechanical or electronics.

2. Experiences: At least 2 years in Failure Analysis Engineer in Electronic company. Experience with failure analysis techniques, such as FMEA or RCA.

3. Accept fresher (Technical background, Language: English or Chinese Communication)

4. Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & communication skill.

- Experience with electronic bench-test equipment - oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, TDR, BERT, pulse and signal generators, power supplies, DC source/measure

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Experience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plus.
