financing, we are on a goal to disrupt unsecured lending in Southeast Asia, one of the fastest
growing economic regions globally. Our first product, Kredivo, which integrates at merchant
checkout, qualifies e-commerce buyers for instant ecommerce purchase financing at rates, which
are much lower than consumer finance companies. We do this by using breakthrough technology
and science to unlock unprecedented insights about credit risk and fraud from multiple data
sources: phone, social networks, telco, financial and location data.

We are now expanding our presence in Vietnam and looking for a result-focused and innovative
Field Collection Manager. As a pioneer Collection team in Vietnam, you will work closely with
the team in Indonesia and Singapore to build a variety of policies – processes and training
sessions to improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of the existing business process. You

Job Description:
• Set-Up Field Collections Team, across Vietnam, starting with HCM & Hanoi.
• Quick Hiring, Mentoring, Coaching of Field Collectors/Team leaders, as and when needed.
• Training and Development of Field Collectors/Team Leaders
• Monitor and track daily performance & productivity of Field Collectors/Team Leaders.
• Ensure Monthly KPI/Targets for team (Field Collectors or Field Team Leaders) are
achieved.
• Strictly follow the SOP, as provided by Management.
• Ensure Process and Procedures for Field Collections are followed, in compliance with
regulations.
• Ensure team Discipline and Keep the Field teams Highly Motivated.
