Job Profile Summary:
1. Set strategy and guideline for field force management and lead to implement those strategies and guideline in accordance with the local situation.
2. Develop contents that field force can use for sales and promotion to enhance sales success rate.
3. Plan and execute training for sales field forces to enhance the sales capability.
Job Description:
1. In-Store Communication and Displays:
• Ensures execution of retail store guidelines.
• Responsible for Shop Enhancement.
• Distribution and Visibility Strategy.
• Develops retail index standards together with product managers in order to guide the sales team on distribution and visibility competitiveness. Responsible in monitoring RIS compliance.
• Monitor and ensure achievement of in-store share and display share targets per store. Responsible in monitoring key strategy segment.
2. Field Force Management:
• Sell-out Target Setting in detail per region/ per store and Reports Generation & Analysis. Provides sell-out targets to field force agency.
• Monitors & analyzes sell-out data. Maintains and analyzes critical sales & retail KPI scorecards/dashboard to understand trend.
• Develop optimal coverage plan/working plan for PS / Team leader / RFM (MCP/MMCS/MCS Pro/Retail mapping).
• Meeting with sales team (Org/MD) and RFM/team leader to manage retail KPI performance in store per region.
• Review / deliver feedback market information to the manager & RM team to improve performance per region RMCE meeting to align objective of team (Initiative, update status, market insight).
• Well cooperate with internal customer (account/sales/MKT/ PM /Display) to make sure having solution to tackle any issues happen.
• Market visit checking to evaluate region performance / giving action plan for improvement.
• Ensure effective implementation of training calendar for Field Force.
• Managing the ongoing development and implementation of the Field Force, responsible for Field Force Capability Enhancement.
3. Retail Operations:
• Supports store opening/launching and activities attached to it.
• Over-all lead in channel partner support in driving sell out through retail project.
• Monitor and ensure achievement of in-store share and display share targets per store.
• Monitor distribution of products per store type based on Retail Index Standards.
• Review the execution compliance and action planning.
• Review the execution training plan for Region.
4. Sales Generation and Reports Management:
• Market Sensing, Retail Mapping, Price & Stocks Monitoring and other relevant periodic reports are important to be submitted timely. Identifies and drives execution of retail opportunities. Responsible for retail budget planning, ROI analysis and reporting. Identifies, develops plans and analyses appropriate retail investment to drive sell-out (display plans, promoter allocation, sell-out targets and incentives).
• Source of best practice in retail execution in smart shops.
• Works closely with Sales Team and Retail Planning and Analysis.
• Works closely with Visual Identity and Merchandising team as well as FF Capability/Training Team.
• Works closely with product marketing and sales team on product launch planning. Defining critical retail execution targets and expectations.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor or higher degree of Business Administration, Economics, and Marketing or from related majors.
• Minimum 5 years+ experience in Retail Marketing/Trade Marketing/ Field Force/ Sales Capability or relevant positions in multinational FMCG/ Electronics companies.
• Experience of designing development program and project managing initiatives in multiple markets.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strategic leadership and decision-making.
• Good analytical and data processing skills in sales and trade marketing management.
• The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Be innovative, proactive.
