JOB SUMMARY
The Trade Marketing Executive for the respective channel plays a pivotal role in executing channel-specific strategies, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing activities’ return on investment (ROI). This position requires a blend of understanding the business background & strategy to demonstrate in their own work and vice versa, analytical acumen, and operational excellence.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Channel Management:
• Develop and execute channel-specific activities such as promotions and activations at outlet levels which aligned with the channel strategy, commercial planning and assigned budget to enhance brand awareness, drive demand, and recruit new user.
• Ensure right implementation of customer segmentation (PROS) and channel playbook (Channel Picture of Success)
• As a Trade Marketing gatekeeper, collaborate with Sales to create best-in-class activities aligned with PROS, channel segmentation, activation frameworks and adhered to sales achievement threshold for the Brand Activation contracted outlets. Also, explore other regional/seasonal approaches to add value to on-trade customers and drive channel growth.
• Elevate channel visibility by creating and strategically deploying Point-of-Sale Materials (POSMs) that adhere with brand and channel guidelines to reinforce our brand identity and messaging consistently across all touchpoints, with objective to maximize brand exposure and attract the attention of the target audience, ultimately driving demand and user recruitment.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of promotional and activation initiatives.
• Drive Point-Of-Sale effectiveness targets and deliver a strong ROI % on all spend .
2. Business Acumen & Intelligence:
• Perform comprehensive channel analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis to evaluate channel performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Actively stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide input to ensure PRVN’s offerings remain aligned with market needs.
• Translate analytical insights into actionable strategies to drive channel development, including distribution and sales.
• Contribute to lead business environment watch, distribution channels and customer trends monitoring, customers / consumer insights from the field to ensure PRVN offer's continuous alignment with market needs.
3. Budgeting & Control:
• Formulate operational plan for Channel Marketing with key activities and detailed budgets for the annual Budget Plan, track budgets, to ensure alignment with strategic guidelines and trade A&P efficiency without overspending by channel/ by region.
• Lead budget spending tracking, contracts & payments follow up.

Education & Experience
• University degree
• At least 3 years relevant experience in trading field
• Relevant experience in alcoholic industry or FMCG an advantage
• Good command of English
• Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Power point Presentation)
